Update

Thank you to all you wonderful people for the prayers and support! Our girl is doing better today and breathing easier. I found out she was never actually admitted to the hospital but sounds like she was taken there a couple times for breathing difficulties. Whew, I hope I never have to go through another day like yesterday!!! There's nothing like being across the world from your sick baby to make you feel helpless!

So happy she is doing better! Nebulizers have been used by all of our children!

Great news, Lisa. I'm afraid that so many of our kids had been similarly affected. My youngest has had pneumonia at least once since August, and I just want to get him home safe and sound.

It is such an unnatural thing for sure but rest easy that they are taking such good care of her! Our little guy beat so many odds and you would never know that he entered Gladney care so very sick. They are amazing!!

So happy to hear this, Lisa! Still gonna keep praying, though. Come on court date!

XOXO,
Heidi

yay - nothing worse than having a sick kiddo especially when you can't be there to comfort them.

praying for a speedy recovery and adoption journey, too.

Great news that baby girl is better! I know exactly how you feel because Morgan had Pneumonia and was hospitalized 1 week after we received our referral. It was definitely not fun, but they are really cautious and try to make sure all the babies stay as healthy as possible. As a matter of fact, she was on 2 meds when we picked her up, but she is doing wonderfully now. Email me: trashawnmd@yahoo.com and I'll check my camera to see if I have any pictures of your sweet girl.
